2. Website Content
Content on this site is for general information about Mahteck services and projects. Project demos, previews, and case studies are illustrative and may not reflect a live production system unless explicitly labeled as a live demo.
3. Services & Contracts
Engagement for software development, consulting, or other paid work is governed by a separate proposal or contract. Website inquiries do not create a binding service agreement until both parties agree in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Mahteck branding, site design, and original materials are owned by Mahteck or its licensors. Client project names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are shown with permission where applicable.
5. Live Demos
Access to demo environments (such as erp.mahteck.com) is provided for evaluation. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, or disruption. Demo credentials and data may be reset without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahteck is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
